Gaming in 2022, April Update

As mentioned in my last post, I’ve reformatted this thing!  I found it really was tricky to indicate I was playing essentially unending games actively with the old format, ditto multiplayer games, and the old method didn’t really fit for listing replays.  So now I’ve redone it into four main sections:

  1. Actively Playing — which will include games I’m playing every week (usually streaming) or playing more sporadic, as long as they have some kind of endpoint I can use to call it “done” (a story mode, a set number of jobs, etc); I’m not including unending games since I tend to be all over the place playing them or demos since obviously just demos
  2. Completed — so you can quickly see what I’ve finished for the year (and so can I)
  3. Dropped/DNF — I started them but noped out, usually with a comment on why
  4. To Be Played — still broken down by console and PC of course; I debated switching this to just new games, but for now, keeping as all unplayed games I still plan to play at some point

  4. Shadow Hearts (PS2) – finished March 17th, playtime: 35 hrs, 55 minutes
  5. Radical Dreamers (PS4) – part of Chrono Cross: Radical Dreamers edition, finished April 14th, playtime: 3 hr 47 m
  6. Mass Effect 2 (part of ME Legendary Edition; Steam) – finished April 29th, approximate playtime 45 h, 14 m

Dropped/Did Not Finish

  1. Lawn Mowing Simulator (GamePass) – just didn’t hit the vibes that games like House Flipper and PowerWash Simulator do
